The Answer to Your Production
Needs!
Dear General Manager or Production Manager:
Once in a great while, genuine talent and experience shows up at your doorstep. Someone with the engineering expertise, technical versatility, and production know-how to get the job done right the first time. Someone you can rely on to deliver quality work. Someone you can rely on for creative input. Heck, just someone you can rely on!
I've been in the broadcast industry for quite some time and am certified in Television Production from the Center for Media Arts in New York. I've come a long way since my studies in production and communications, having worked as a master control operator, producer, director, editor, and cameraman for television and radio stations and corporate/governmental video production departments. As you will see on the attached resume, my career has been diverse, yet held together by that connecting strand called production. I love television production and it shows-as does my appreciation for the people with whom I work. Even with the pressures and strict deadlines of the business, I have always maintained my poise, sense of humor, and good rapport with associates.
I truly believe that I can bring some answers to your station's production needs and would like to discuss this with you in person. Like a summer movie release, I will be "appearing in your city" on August 8th, 9th, and 10th and would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you then. I will contact you in a few days to schedule a convenient time.
Thanks for your consideration and your confidentiality in this matter.
Sincerely,
Jesica Fox
